Mini-Camp Sessions:

Session 1 - Friday Evening: Finding Structure. Three key questions reveal whether your body can move, deliver technique, and weather pressure. Self-diagnosis meets self-discovery. By the end of this session, you’ll know exactly where your structure stands and when it doesn't.

Session 2 - Saturday Morning: Clinch. Building it up to Break it Down. What does advantage feel like in the clinch? This session opens the door to controlling engagement through three distinct stages. Learn to mitigate, remediate, and dominate in real time.

Session 3 - Saturday Afternoon: Structural Chains. Structure does not live in one place. It moves through you dynamically. This session traces that chain through kicks, punches, combinations, and movement, revealing where the links hold and where the system is at risk.

Session 4 - Sunday Morning: Weaponizing Structure. Everything from the first three sessions turns outward. Awareness of your structure allows you to identify the time to defeat your opponent. How do you ensure their structure fails? What happens inside of them when it does? And how do you capitalize on the moment they try to fix it?
