In this document, Living Muay Thai is also referred to as LMT.

Living Muay Thai (LMT) strongly believes in personal privacy and privacy rights. We want all our users to know that we also believe you should be in control of your personal information and how it is used, and to whom it is given to or shared with.

When creating an account with LMT, we want to assure you that your information is as safe with us as we can make it. We promise you that we will never share, give away, sell, or distribute your information with or to any other persons, parties, entities, or businesses.

All users of the LMT website and the LMT Online Student Program must agree to not copy, share, sell, distribute or give away information of any other users that is found on our sites.

When completing your Personal Information for your account, you have the option to allow us to share, or not share, your information with other users. On our Students page we list all students in our LMT family. We show your name, address, email, phone numbers, and your martial arts information. If you chose not to share your information, only your name will be visible to other LMT members.

Password Note: Your password is encrypted when you create it. You are the only person who knows your password. Living Muay Thai, its admins, and its I.T. staff do not have access to your password.

Login and Usage Times:
We may log your login and usage times. This would be the date/time you login and logout. We do not record or track your movements while on our sites. We do track any changes you make to your personal (bio) information. Your personal bio information is stored in our database.

Session variables:
Session variables are pieces of temporary code that are hidden for you. You never see them. Session variables allow us to know who you are while you are logged into our site. When you go from one page to another, we use session variables to know who you are, so we can know what information to show you. When you log out or close your browser, these session variables dissappear.

Third-Party Tracking Code:
We do not allow any third-party trackers to embed their code into our site. No one can track your movements and preferences while you are logged into your account.

Protecting your information:
The LMT website is stored on and served up from a web-server that is owned by a web-hosting company (a third party). LMT does not own the web-hosting company or the web-servers that house our website. We trust that company uses the highest forms of security and protection on their servers against hackers, tracking software, bots, malicious malware, and other forms of penitration to gain access to our site and your information.

HTTPS:
Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is the secure version of HTTP, which is the primary protocol used to send data between a web browser and a website. The LMT website uses HTTPS to ensure your information is secure.

When you submit a form on a website, the information in that form is usually sent from one webpage to another. During that time the information is vulnerable to attack and/or being intercepted. HTTPS is a layer of security agains such attacks.

Deleting your account:
If at any time, for any reason, you wish to delete your account and/or information on our website, you have only to contact us from the email address associated with your account. We may contact you prior to deleting any of your records just to verify the request was actually made by you.

Access to your information:
You may request a digital copy of all your personal information that LMT has collected on you for your account on this website. You have only to contact (email) info@livingmuaythai.org. This may or may not include LMT owned materials associated to your account or earned by you via your account. Examples, but not limited to: Muay Thai Rank, Levels, Badges, Awards, Requirements and Techniques.
